I just saw someone who posted why Customer Server and staff replies are too slow.

Please understand our situation as of the moment. Some countries are experiencing hard viral infection which we called CORONA VIRUS DISEASE. Most of the the CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff’s are located at critical countries.

Even US, our country, every cities are lock down since the viral infection.

But you guys don’t worry. I, as one of the Moderators will assist you regarding your problems. Just be patient and understand due to our situation nowadays.
