I found that certain features of OTC are confusing and some don’t make sense and can be improved.

1. The buy and sell tabs don’t specify what one is buying and selling. For example when i first tried OTC, I had to read someone’s post to understand how it works. Does 'buy' mean buy zbt or T coin? such questions arise.

Improvement: If possible change the names to Buy ZBT and Sell ZBT (or buy ZBT and Buy T coin) .Change the name OTC (too technical) to simple 'Trade'. Remember we don’t want names to be ****** technical sense, we want them user friendly even though they don’t sound technically perfect.

2. To add more to the confusion. Even when i click buy i see the rate as 0.0002 T coins/zbt. This implies that I am buying T coins, although its the other way around. The rate display format is same for buying and selling.

Improvement: Change the rates to 'ZBT/T coins' on buy tab and 'T coins/ZBT' in sell tab. This will give better understanding of what one is buying and selling.

3. After one clicks on purchase. Both ZBT and T coin fields are active. This causes confusion too. For example. If i want to buy ZBT then i want to enter T coin value and see how much ZBT it gives me. ( T coin field active and ZBT inactive). I am not saying current feature is bad; just that its too much information user doesn’t want. User just wants one blank field where he will put value to see how much that converts too. Keep the other field inactive.

It’s not the system design but the representation why half the people don’t know how to use OTC. That’s why we have make posts indicating how to use OTC. Technical people make it perfect, what we want is simple :)
