The E-sports organization Dignitas has announced that they are creating a new Counter-Strike team and looking for pros to join the team after leaving the competitive scene over a year ago.
In their twitter vedio, Dignitas’CEO Michael “Prindi” Prindiville said:“We’ve seen some impressive stuff [this year], but more importantly, we’ve seen some really crappy stuff: We’ve seen terrible player treatment, lack of management, lack of content around those players—heck, we’ve even heard about players not getting paid. It just can’t happen anymore.”
Apparently, the CEO was referring to the many scandals that have happened in several CS: GO esports teams in the past year. Of course, this is how he attracts CS: GO pros to join.
Dignitas dropped its American CS:GO team and leave the pro scene in August 2018 after a disappointing season. In fact, the team hadn’t won any big-name tournaments since EPICENTER 2016. And this time they want to form a new CS: GO team again, must also make the players have sufficient confidence in the club's support and management.
